You could call BeTa – in analogy to a word processer – a picture processer. The user can easily organise and arrange the pictures to its own liking, in a self-chosen format and add text if desired.

The pictures can be used in many ways: to create day schedules, communication cards, work schedules, menu’s, situational drawings, language exercises of any kind…

All you have to do is to place the pictures in the empty cells of a “workbook” of which the number, size and position can be chosen freely.

The already made exercises can be played directly on the screen.
Print outs can be made in colour, grey scales or only outlined.

Calling up of a picture can be done in various ways:

  • By typing in the word
  • Looking up the word in a alphabetically ordered register
  • Looking up the picture based on the sound
  • Wordlessly tracking the picture via an all-encompassing 20-section tree
